Charlene <br />a. All planning items including applications, notices, <br />files, planning reports, rca's, etc. <br />b. All ciepartmental correspondence except Fire Marshal. <br />c. Special projects as assigned by department head and <br />assistant depar�ment head. <br />d. Monthly projeat status reports. <br />e. BaGkup counter work and phones. <br />2. Merrilee <br />3. <br />a. Gounter work and phones. <br />b. Reports including Met Council, MWCC, compla�.nt, etc. <br />c. Fee balancing. <br />d. Refunds. <br />e. Certificate of Occupancy issuance. <br />New Clerk Typist Position <br />a. All data entry including permits (eZectrical, heating, <br />plumbing, m�chanical, building), inspections. <br />b. Contractor's Licensing. <br />c. Fire Marshal related duties including filing, permits, <br />correspondence, etc. <br />d. Phones and counter work. <br />
