On <br />February 23, 1�62, a eonference for the Twin Cit3es area wi11 be held in <br />� the.Highway Depar�mont and Civil Defen�e Training Centor �.n Arden Hills. <br />�� - <br />� This canference, and others to be he1.d at Mankato and Brainerd, is an <br />' ou�tgrowth of interest expressed at the S�atew3de Planning Conference held <br />, at. 'the � Un3.versity of Minne�ota last year. <br />The purpose of this conference is to create a forum through <br />t� wYiich.better understanding between the engineer and the planner caz� be � <br />'' 4 accotnpli.shed.
