RUTH R SIMERMAN <br />Re: File 78 - Tschida Owasso Hills Addition <br />The plat was referred to the Rscreati-�n Baard on October 23, 1961, <br />to determine if any of -L-he property �r�.11 be xaquired for park purposes. <br />The Recreation Board reviewed the preliminary plat and voted unanimously <br />to request Mr. Better�dorf to make an appraisal of a porti on of the land. <br />Mr. Bettendor� has had the necessary information to make the appraisal <br />but has no� ma.d.e his recommendation to the Recreation Board. Several <br />attem�ts have been made, without success, ta cantact h�m about the <br />matter. <br />Mr. Tschida has telephoned me on sevoral occasions regardin� the status <br />of the plat. I advised him that the Recreation Board. is considering a <br />portion af his land for parlc pur�oses, and upon recoipt of �n appraisal, <br />will detez�rrune if acquisition oi' the property is feasible. I told <br />NIr.
