Using the pru�s�d grades �.s submitted previously, it appears <br />that it is practical to c�,use the grade on Maple I,ane to proeede on a <br />rising gr�d� oi' .5�, to the �ast end of the turn ground. <br />aanitary sewer can be in�talled draining westward to Western Avetiue, <br />thence south along the east boulevard to the existing ma.nhole on West <br />County F�aci C 2. <br />Care must be exercised by the developer in establishing the elevation <br />of the houses on Iats 11, 12, J.3 and 14, Block 2, so t�iat b asement drain- <br />age can be provided. Tf it is intended that the hauses be at a lower elevation <br />than the str�et, the sewc:r line should drain south into the existing pipe <br />on County i�ad C 2 b�tween Lr�ts 1�+-15 �nd 22-23. If this were done, a <br />sewer easement should be provided.
