General Research anc� Analysis <br />John was asked to perform a nultiplicity of research <br />proj�cts ranging from the updating of business <br />recruitment manuals to reviewing metro wide planning <br />fees and charges. His research backqround is quite <br />extensive. All of his research projects were treated <br />in a very professional mann�r and required littl�, if <br />any, modification. <br />4. Preparation of Zoning Summary <br />The city's zoning code is quite comnlicated and <br />extremely difficult for planning commission members and <br />the gen�ral public to understand and utilize. John was <br />charged with formulating an abbreviated, quick study <br />zoning code summary that could be utilized by planning <br />commission members and staff. John developed a very <br />thorough yet concise aocument that is often us�d in <br />place of the actual code. <br />Dave, I am convinced that John has an excellent future in local <br />government.
