Good faith <br />efforts are demonstrated as follows: <br />The develop�r meets early in the �r�ocess with �he <br />residents, the developer attempts to negoriat� griv�te <br />agreements with �ach homeowner, an�l provides such <br />documenta�ion. The developer avoids referer�ce to <br />condemnation. The d�veloger, if so requ�s�ed, �nt�rs into a <br />development agreemen� with the City, if resi�3ent9 have <br />qu�stions about th� proj�ct, d�v�lopers enco�rage t�e <br />ci,tizens to meet directly with the Gity staff. <br />
