'.;�,,�..� <br />� <br />❑ <br />April 14, 1988 <br />Arthur Schuster <br />2Z65 Youngman avenue #409 <br />St. Paul, MN 55116 <br />Dear Mr. Schuster, <br />The Roseville City Council, at its April 11, 1988 meeting, <br />approved your request for rezoning from R-1 to R-3A, special use <br />permit far an alternative residential facility for the elderly, <br />and variances to parking setback, parking numbers, density, and <br />shoreline permits with the following conditions: <br />1• That the staff approve the engineering details and <br />landscape plans. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />That the development be constructed in accordance with <br />the drawings as submitted and dated February 29, 1988. <br />That a ten (10) foot right-of-way dedication be <br />provided for Victoria Street. <br />That a six (6) foot concrete sidewalk be constructed. <br />5• That a letter be provided by the applicant (Art <br />Schuster) indicating he intends to construct the Elder <br />Homestead facility as proposed, and if he does not, he <br />would not object or oppose a rezoning of the property <br />back to R-1. <br />Please contact Gordie Beseth in our Code Enforcement Department <br />to obtain a building permit.
