Waldron ;`� <br />SUBJECT: Kaufhold Plat � <br />�� <br />I had the opportunity to talk to Roger Jensen as to whether a <br />preliminary plat can be modified during its presentation to the <br />City Council. Roger has informed me that the preliminary plat <br />has to remain the same as presented to the Planning Commission <br />unless the City Council specifically request modifications. At <br />that point the modifications should show up on the final plat <br />with respect to the final hearing before the City Council. If <br />the developer should choose to modify the preliminary plat, it <br />would have to go back to the Planning Commission as a new <br />preliminary plat. � <br />
