Paragraph ( 13 ) o� that section <br />allows fc�r the distribution, sa:�e, �torage� processin�, and <br />packaging of flammable az�d nonflammable liquids. Presumably the <br />chemicals y�au rEfer to �aould fit �aithin tha� classification. <br />Accoxdi�gly, before such a use may be m�aintained in an i-Z <br />Di,strict, a special use permit must be agplied for and grante�d by <br />the Council. . <br />You also q�aestion�d whe�her or not such a use �vould be allowed in <br />a General Industrial (I-2) District. <br />TMe zoni ng code does no� �rovide a use camparable to t�� one <br />described in Section i0.290( 13 ) in the I-1 permitted u�es or <br />special uses . Accordingly, before such � use ma� b� maintained <br />in an T-2 District an amendment would be necessary to eithez the <br />�ermitted us� or �he spe�cial use section appl�.cable ta I-2 <br />Districts.
