The three month window for prior improvements is <br />eliminated. <br />As can be observed� this "non-controversial" bill has <br />substantial imgact in the city of Roseville . Lt�1C �and NAHRO are <br />taking the position that this bill only deals with tax increment <br />in a limited way, and does not guarantee future viability. We <br />will be pointing out that the elements in this bill are not non- <br />controversial, and will have substantial negative impacts. <br />
