The city would be required to submit an annual report <br />on each parcel to the county regarding the four year <br />knockdown provision. <br />��.1. The city is allowed to change it's fiscal disparities <br />option to B, if it has previous chosen option A! <br />12. The city is not allowed to keep new increment that is a <br />result of a new school district referendum levy. <br />13. The three month window for prior improvements is <br />eliminated. <br />As can be observed� this "non-controversial" bill has <br />substantial imgact in the city of Roseville . Lt�1C �and NAHRO are <br />taking the position that this bill only deals with tax increment <br />in a limited way, and does not guarantee future viability. We <br />will be pointing out that the elements in this bill are not non- <br />controversial, and will have substantial negative impacts. <br />
