These <br />issues Ynclude: <br />. Sometime ago, the City received a letter from Gerald <br />Hopper, of Griggs Avenue, regarding the improperly planted <br />berm on the east side of his property, to be built as par� <br />of the Can 7�m project. Apparently the b�rm was improperly <br />constructed. What is the status of the berm? Landscaping? <br />The h�ndlinq of the Gounty Road C-2 and Judith Street ��3d <br />ends at the Can Am project. The conditions established by <br />City Council for the Gan Am project should be s�mmarazed <br />with a currerafi status report, so we can update the Planning <br />Commission and Caty Council. <br />. Sametime aqo, a handicapped ramp on the sidewalk n�ar the <br />NSP building in the Centre Pofnte project was discussed by <br />City Counci2. Cer►tr� Pc:: inte o�ficials indicated an <br />unwillingness to redo the project with that ramp. The <br />repair anci repl,acement of that portio� of sidewalk should <br />be a condition providing any additional public assistance <br />to a project in Centre Pointe. <br />. Several members of City Council have asked for <br />Commission representation at the City Counci� <br />where the proposed Design Standards Ordinance <br />reviewed. If I forget, pl�as� make sure that <br />this to my attenti�n when the Design Standard <br />comes before Coun�il. <br />Planning <br />work session <br />will be <br />you bring <br />Ordinance <br />Let's not lose track of th�ese items.
