I have reviewed the plans that Wthatsnonetofd them showedea as part �f the proj�ct and found continuous berm along the west siconstructed�appears�to�be height s�as varied. The berm, a� consistent with the approved ple �' o�rnera �in a�he�area, bC�� has been expr��sed by two prop y Gerald Hepnex of 2867 Griqgs and Mrv War�en Sor�nson at 2812 Griqgs. Bob and I met wi�h the construction superintendent for the pro j ect at tk�e si�.e and' he aqreed to extend the berms further behind fi�r. Sorenson s house and to e��tend the berm fur�her at the dead end �� J��se that wou�ls� 'thenbd� n car�not be corrtinuaus, however, bec up drainage. The gaps in the berm a��e e�� o��' G igqs�o��o water to drain �rom the resident�ial p �p Y t�he Can-A�n Bite. I have reviewed the propo�ed l�+�ndscap� p�an ��th ��wa�d anc� it has kaeen ap�roveci.
