Estimated Amount of Loan�Bond Indebtedness <br />In order to facili�ate the aforementioned City development goals, <br />�he City authoriz�s $57,000,000 in increased bonding capa�ity. <br />The City intends to pool funds from all TIF distric�s to finance <br />activities in Municipal District #1 to pay debt service on bonds <br />issued to finance said activities. The City reserves the right <br />to modify the bond issues into a pay as you go approach. <br />
