Waldron <br />SUBJECT: Concordia Project <br />Dave Ficek was in to meet with the planning staff regarding a <br />second proposal on the Concordia site. Essentially he would be <br />purchasing 12.3 acres of which 9 single family homes would be <br />placed on 3 acres and fourteen 8-plexes (112 units) would be <br />placed on the remaining 9.3 acres. A number of problems were <br />pointed out with re��pect to the layout, etc. <br />Additionally, F�.cek was informed of the ongoing process that has <br />just started with respect to a new plan that would address a <br />future plan for the area. Howard Dahlgren and John Shardlow have <br />commenced the process relating to the new plan. Preliminary <br />meetings will occur with the neighborhood board, Concordia staff, <br />and City staff, etc. which will form the basis for initial <br />concept development. <br />1 <br />
