Waldron %,l� <br />�% � <br />SU&TECT: Friday Staff Meetings <br />One of the suggestions that surfaced at the retreat was that we <br />convene a staff ineeting at 3:00 p.m. Friday afternoons. I agree <br />that this is a worth while proposal and thus, I would like you to <br />set aside 3:00 every Friday afternoon for the respective <br />meetings. As part of those me�tings, I think it is important <br />that two things occur which are as follows: <br />1. <br />2. <br />That all of us are expected to be present unless previously <br />cleared by Rick or myself. <br />All of us are under substantial time constraints, thus, the <br />meetings will convene at 3:00 sharp. <br />As an aside, another one of the suggestions that surfaced was <br />�inding additional help for Merrilee and Charlene for the <br />difficult summer months. It appears that we may be able to use <br />funcls from Economic Development's Contractual Services budget on <br />a short term basis for the summer assistance. This item is <br />currently being researched. <br />
