T�e expect to have <br />these lenders in Minneapolis sometime over the next two to thr�g <br />weeks. <br />Additionally, Trammell Czow Company is asking that the city move <br />forward with the creation of a Tax Increment Fina�cing Dis�r.:ic� to <br />provide the capi�al necessary for redevelopment. <br />While our joint venture partner pursuit continues, we are pursuing <br />the transactions that we hav� talked about in the past. It is our <br />goal to be in a po�ition to fu11y update y�su on our progress within <br />the month..
