<br />To illustrate the City's commitment in continuing this
<br />relationship with NCR Comten, we hav� developed an excellent
<br />incentive package to assist you in writinq down your costs of co-
<br />' locating in Rosevi3le. �n ei�fect, Roseville is offeri.ng a cash
<br />contribution which would represent 22 of NCR Comten's estimated
<br />. to�al costs. In addition, our proposal would have a 10 yea� ne�
<br />present value �o NCR Comten, in excess of 3.5 ma,llion dollars,
<br />We find this incentive package to �e extremely exciting and we
<br />h�pe yo�u find it �s compelling as we do.
<br />i�Thile the Roseville City Cou�cil has not considered and must
<br />formally adapt . resolution approving this economic development
<br />incc.r�ti.ve package to your f irm, it is bel ieved a r�asonable
<br />�ption for Council to consider, qiven previous discussions.
<br />However, f�rmal resolution of this package, including `oning
<br />cor�siderations, would be necessary and wuuld be consid�red b�y
<br />Council.
<br />As i previously stated, the City couldn't be more gleased tha�
<br />you are consie�ering additional investment in Ros�viYle that waulci
<br />allow your current office employees to stay in this area. We
<br />beli�ve that the Rose��ille location would pravide a greater
<br />convenience for your organization and for your employees.
