• i :° <br />s <br />� <br />� <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />SWIMMING POOL REGULATIONS <br />Building permit required for any pool over 1000 gallons or <br />over 3 feet deep (31.100). <br />Pools can�t be in front yard (13.310, Paragraph 1). <br />Pools must be at least 10 feet from side and rear property <br />lines (13.310, Paragraph 1). <br />Lighting shall not be directed towards adjacent property <br />(13.310, Paragraph 7). <br />Filter, pump and o�her mechanical units have to be located <br />at least 10 f�et fram property lines and at least 50 feet <br />from adjacent residences (13.310, Paragraph 6). <br />Nuisance�, such a� unclu�e noise, shall not be permftted <br />(13.31n, Paragrap� 13). <br />
