<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1217 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR AT <br />THE ROSEVILLE SKATING CENTER COMMUNITY ROOMS, AND AMENDING <br />SECTION 302.02 OF THE CITY CODE. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 302.02 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by adding <br /> <br />subsection 302.02M to read as follows: <br /> <br />M. Intoxicating Liquors at the Roseville Skating Center Community Rooms: Intoxicating <br />liquor may be sold in the Roseville Skating Center Community Rooms only under the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. By the City designated caterer for the Roseville Skating Center Community Rooms <br />who shall hold a retail on sale intoxicating liquor license issued by the City of Roseville <br />or by an adjacent municipality. <br /> <br />2. The caterer must be engaged to dispense intoxicating liquor at an event held by a <br />person or organization permitted to use the Roseville Skating Center Community Rooms, <br />and may dispense intoxicating liquor only to persons attending the event. <br /> <br />3. The caterer delivers to the City a certificate of insurance providing "off premises" or <br />"catered event" liquor liability coverage naming the City of Roseville, to the full extent <br />of statutory coverage, as an additional named insured. <br /> <br />4. All other rules and regulations established by the City of Roseville relating to the sale <br />or dispensing of intoxicating liquor in the Roseville Skating Center Community Rooms <br />are complied with. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and <br /> <br />publication. <br />
