<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1223 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RESTATING AND CORRECTING ORDINANCE NO. 1215 <br />AND AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 602.06 (Boulevard Parking), 1012.07 (Non-motorized Pathways), <br />1 013.02C (Minor Variance Procedure), and 1014.03 (Fees) <br />and CREATING SECTION 1013.05 (Setback Permit Procedures) <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Sedion 1. Purpose. On November 9, 1998 the City Council gave final approval to <br />Ordinance No. 1215, making certain amendments related to the variance and setback permit <br />processes. The purpose of this Ordinance is to restate Ordinance No. 1215, making text <br />corrections, and clarifying language. Ordinance No. 1215 removes the provisions for minor <br />variances and all references thereof throughout the City Code. Ordinance No. 1215 will also <br />establish the procedures for a Setback Permit in Section 1013.05, which will reduce approval <br />time, utilize a similar review process, and require no physical hardship finding as compared to <br />the minor variance procedure. <br /> <br />Sedion 2. Amendments. Section 602.06, including Section 602.06A and Section <br />602.06B, of the Roseville City Code is hereby amended and rewritten in its entirety as follows: <br /> <br />Section 602.06. Parking on Boulevard Prohibited. No vehicle shall be parked on any boulevard adjacent <br />to a public street except for boulevard parking spaces listed on the inventory of boulevard parking <br />spaces regularly in use, dated June 30, 1984, prepared by the Code Enforcement Officer, a copy of which <br />is incorporated herein by reference and which is on file in the office of the City Manager, may continue <br />to be used until one of the following occurs: <br /> <br />A. Roadway improvements involving disturbance of or removal of the boulevard parking area is <br />undertaken; or <br /> <br />B. Substantial improvements to the lot located adjacent to the boulevard parking area is undertaken, <br />such expansion or construction of house, garage or driveway. <br /> <br />Sedion 3. Amendments. Section 1012 of the Roseville City Code is hereby amended <br />by deleting Section 1012.07C. <br /> <br />Sedion 4. Amendments. Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code is hereby amended by <br />deleting Section 1013.02C. <br />
