<br />~ <br /> <br />City of Roseville <br />Ordinance No. 1227 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 103, SECTION 103.03 OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE REGARDING COMPENSATION FOR THE MAYOR AND <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Mayor and City Council Compensation. The City Code of the City of Roseville, <br />Section 103.03, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />103.03: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL COMPENSATION: The Mayor and <br />members of the City Council shall receive a stipend for their service to the City as follows: <br /> <br />Effective 01/01/2000 until 12/31/2001: <br />Mayor $ 750 per month <br />Councilmembers $ 570 per month <br /> <br />Effective 01/01/2002 and thereafter: <br />Mayor $ 775 per month <br />Councilmembers $ 585 per month <br /> <br />This stipend offsets any local expenses incurred by elected official in the course of their duties. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage <br />and publication. <br />
