<br />Ordinance No. 1229 <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 10 of the City Code (Zoning) <br />by Changing the Zoning Map Designation for a Vacant One (1) Acre Parcel Located <br />north at 3201 Old Highway 8 (approximately) from B-1, Limited Business District <br />to Residential Planned Unit Development (R-PUD). <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of <br />Roseville, and after the City Council held a public hearing (PF3123) with due notice on July 14, <br />1999, the following property is hereby rezoned from B-1, Limited Business District, to <br />Residential Planned Unit Development (R-PUD) with an underlying zoning ofR-6, Townhouse <br />District: <br /> <br />Vacant one (1) acre parc'ellocated approximately at 3201 Old Highway 8, (PID # <br />05292332003) City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 125 feet of the North 525 feet of the West 330 and 4/10 feet of the <br />Northwest ~ of the Southwest ~ of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # 1229. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards/conditions of approval adopted for this property shall be in addition to all other <br />applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code (rezoning of <br />property to PUD) shall take effect upon: 1) passage and publication of this ordinance; 2) <br />execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City; and 3) recording of the <br />agreement with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Q:\Planning Files\3123_ Wirth Companies\PUD ORDINANCE (072699).doc <br />
