<br />104.05 Miscellaneous Regulations: (Section F) <br /> <br />F. Layoffs: When necessary due to reorganization or budgetary constraints, layoffs of <br />regular full-time and part-time employees may occur. The City Manager will decide <br />whichjob classes within a department are subject to layoff. Within a department and job <br />class, the City Manager will consider job performance, qualifications and length of <br />service to determine which employee(s) will be affected by the layoff. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Effective Date.
