Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City 1 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 14th day of March, 2 2016, at 6:00 p.m. 3 4 The following members were present: and the following members were 5 absent: . 6 7 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 8 9 RESOLUTION No. 10 11 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE 12 VICTORIA STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT 13 14 15 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: 16 17 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 20, 2015, North 18 Valley, Inc., of Nowthen, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements 19 associated with the Victoria Street Reconstruction Project contract. 20 21 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 22 ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby 23 accepted and approved; and 24 25 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a 26 proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; 27 and 28 29 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the 30 contract shall commence on March 14, 2016. 31 32 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by 33 Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in 34 favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . 35 36 WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 37
