Attachment C <br /> <br />E <br />XTRACT OF MINUTES OFMEETING OF THE <br />R <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regularly meeting of the City Council of the <br />Њ <br />th <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 14 day of March 2016, at <br />Ћ <br />6:00 p.m. <br />Ќ <br /> The following Members were present: ________; and _____ were absent <br />Ѝ <br />Council Member ____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Ў <br />RN.___ <br />Џ <br />ESOLUTION O <br />ARAFPAPR <br />А <br /> ESOLUTION PPROVING THE INAL LAT OF PPLEWOOD OINTE OF OSEVILLE AT <br />CP(PF15-025) <br />Б <br />ENTRAL ARK <br /> WHEREAS, United Properties has applied for approval of the final plat for their property <br />В <br />located at 2659 Victoria Street, which is legally described as: <br />ЊЉ <br />PIN: 022923340024 <br />ЊЊ <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Applewood Pointe of Roseville at Central Park <br />ЊЋ <br /> And WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />ЊЌ <br />the proposed preliminary plat on December 2, 2015, after said public hearing the Planning <br />ЊЍ <br />Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the proposed preliminary plat based <br />ЊЎ <br />upon comments and findings of the pertinent staff report and public input; and <br />ЊЏ <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council, at its regularly meeting of January 11, 2016, <br />ЊА <br />received the Planning Commission recommendation and voted to approve the preliminary plat, <br />ЊБ <br />subject to certain conditions; and <br />ЊВ <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat materials have been prepared and submitted, which have been <br />ЋЉ <br />deemed consistent with the approved preliminary plat, and reflect applicable conditions of the <br />ЋЊ <br />preliminary plat approval. <br />ЋЋ <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />ЋЌ <br />Minnesota, that the final plat of the subject property creating Applewood Pointe of Roseville at <br />ЋЍ <br />Central Park is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: <br />ЋЎ <br /> <br />a. <br />The Public Works Department has approved all necessary plat document easements and <br />ЋЏ <br />will work with the applicant and/or engineers on the grading and drainage, storm water <br />ЋА <br />management, and utility requirements as necessary to meet the applicable standards prior <br />ЋБ <br />to the approval of the final plat or issuance of permits for site improvements; <br />ЋВ <br /> <br />b. <br />ЌЉ <br />are in the process of finalizing the grading, drainage, and storm water management plans <br />ЌЊ <br />for submittal. The City Engineer will not approve an site improvement permit without <br />ЌЋ <br />evidence of an approved permit from the watershed district; <br />ЌЌ <br />Њ <br /> <br /> <br />
