employment, and its good faith efforts to identify, train, and/or hire lower income <br />residents of the project area and to utilize business concerns which are located in or <br />owned in substantial part by persons residing in the area of the project. <br />LaborStandards <br />F.. Records shall be maintained regarding compliance of all <br />contractors performing construction work under this Agreement with the labor <br />standards made applicable by the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. Sections <br />3141-3148). <br />G.Such other records as may be required by the AUTHORITY and/or H.U.D. <br />RE <br />4.TENTION OF RECORDS <br />Required records shall be retained for a period of six (6) years after termination of this <br />Agreement, except as follows: <br />(1) <br />Records that are the subject of audit findings shall be retained for six (6) years <br />after such findings have been resolved. <br />(2) <br />Records for nonexpendable property shall be retained for six (6) years after its <br />final disposition. <br />REPORTS <br />5. <br />The GRANTEE shall submit reports as required by the AUTHORITY on a monthly and <br />annual basis and also prior to project execution. <br />6.DATA PRIVACY <br />All data collected, created, received, maintained or disseminated for any purpose in the <br />course of the GRANTEE’s performance of this Agreement is governed by the Minnesota <br />Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, or any other applicable state statutes, <br />any state rules adopted to implement the Act and statutes, as well as federal statutes and <br />regulations on data privacy. <br />(Signature page to follow) <br />17 <br /> <br />
