Communication Items <br />26 City Engineer Jesse Freihammer and Public Works Director Culver provided additional <br />27 comments and a brief review and update on projects and maintenance activities listed in <br />28 the staff report dated February 23, 2016. <br />29 <br />30 Discussion included no anticipated delay in use of ball fields due to the St. Croix <br />31 stormwater lift station upgrade currently in process; report on stormwater pond clean-up <br />32 at Byerly's & Valley Park with the majority of the sediment removed not needing land <br />33 filled due to contamination; pending decision by transit bench owners regarding their <br />Page 1 of 20 <br />
