Introduction/ Call Roll <br /> Chair Dwayne Stenlund called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and <br /> Public Works Director Mark Culver called the roll. <br /> Members Present: Chair Dwayne Stenlund; Vice Chair Brian Cihacek; and <br /> Members Joe Wozniak, John Heimerl, Kody Thurnau, and <br /> Duane Seigler <br /> Members Absent: Member Sarah Brodt Lenz, having announced her <br /> unavailability at last month's meeting. <br /> Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver, City Engineer Jesse <br /> Freihammer, and Environmental Engineer Ryan Johnson <br /> 2. Public Comments <br /> None. <br /> 3. Approval of January 26, 2016 Meeting Minutes <br /> Member Cihacek moved, Member Wozniak seconded, approval of the January 26, 2016 <br /> meeting minutes as presented. <br /> Ayes: 6 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 4. Communication Items <br /> City Engineer Jesse Freihammer and Public Works Director Culver provided additional <br /> comments and a brief review and update on projects and maintenance activities listed in <br /> the staff report dated February 23, 2016. <br /> Discussion included no anticipated delay in use of ball fields due to the St. Croix <br /> stormwater lift station upgrade currently in process; report on stormwater pond clean-up <br /> at Byerly's & Valley Park with the majority of the sediment removed not needing land <br /> filled due to contamination;pending decision by transit bench owners regarding their <br /> Page 1 of 20 <br />
