Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Document I. Partnerships: (Part II.D.1) A. List the regulated small MS4(s)with which you have established a partnership in order to satisfy one or more requirements of this Permit. The City does not have any formal partnership agreements in place to satisfy requirements a of the permit. However, the City partners with several entities on a regular, but informal basis, on stormwater related issues. These entities include local watershed organizations, Ramsey County, MnDOT and adjacent cities. II. Description of Regulatory Mechanisms: (Part II.D.2) Illicit discharges A.
