Attachment B <br />2.Preconstruction: <br />Commented \[BGA51\]: <br />This language guards against <br />building permits being requested while a proposed PUD is <br />going through the approval process. <br />No building permit shall be granted for any building on land for which a PUD plan is in the <br />process of review, unless the proposed building is allowed under the existing zoning and will <br />not impact, influence, or interfere with the proposed PUD plan. <br />3.Effect on Conveyed Property: Commented \[BGA52\]: <br />This just says if you buy property <br />within an approved PUD area, your property will be subject <br />to the adopted PUD regulations. <br />In the event that any real property in an approved PUD is conveyed in total, or in part, the <br />buyers thereof shall be bound by the provisions of the approved overlay district. <br /> <br />
