Attachment <br />b. <br />Staff should identify information submittals that were waived so Council may <br />determine if such is needed for PUD Concept Plan submittal. <br />c. <br />The City Council may take comment from the public as part of the meeting. <br />d. <br />The City Council shall make no formal decision as part of the consideration. The <br />City Councildenial of the project, and <br />are intended only to provide information for the applicant to consider prior to <br />application for a possible PUDConcept Plan. <br />C.Second Developer Open House Meeting Required <br />1. <br />Prior to submitting an application for PUD Concept Plan, the applicant shall be required <br />to hold a second Developer Open House meeting in accordance with the provisions of <br />Chapter 1102, Section 1102.01(B). <br />2. <br />The written summary required by Chapter 1102, Section 1102.01(B)(5) shall be <br />submitted to the City as a component of the subsequent PUD Concept Plan application. <br />D.PUD Concept Plan <br />1.Prerequisites <br />a. <br />No application for a PUD Concept Plan will be accepted unless a distinctly similar <br />proposal has completed the PUD Sketch Plan review process within the previous year <br />from the date of application. <br />b. <br />No application for a PUD Concept Plan will be accepted unless the required <br />developer open house meeting has been held not less than 15 days and not more than <br />45 days prior to the submission of a Concept PUD application. <br />2.PUD Concept Plan Submittal Requirements <br />Except as may be waived by the Community Development Department, the following <br />information shall constitute a complete application for PUD Concept Plan. <br />a. <br />All required information for a preliminary plat per Chapter 1102, Section 1102.01(C) <br />and Section 1102.02. <br />b. <br />A written summary of the required Developer Open House meeting as required by <br />Chapter 1102, Section 1102.01(B)(5). <br />c. <br />A separate PUD Concept Site Plan which includes the following information: <br />i. <br />Concept <br />developer and individual preparing the plan, signature of the surveyor and civil <br />814 <br />Page of <br /> <br />
