Atlsch�eni C <br />D. PCJD Concept Plan <br />l. Prerequisites <br />a. No application for a PUD Concept Plan will be accepted unless a distinetly similar <br />proposal has completed the PUD Sketch Plan review process within the previous year <br />from the date of application. <br />b. ti�o application for a PUD Concept Plan will be acceptzd unless the required <br />developer open house mzeting has been held not less than l5 days and not more than <br />4� days prior to thz submission of a__._Concept---� application. <br />2. P4;D Concept Plan Submittal Requirements <br />___ Except as may be waived by the Community Development Department, the following <br />_- information shall constitute a complete application for PUD Concept Plan. <br />a. A(I requirzd information for a preliminary plat per Chapier 1 10�, Section 110=.O1(C) <br />and Section 110?.0?. <br />b. A written summary of the required Developer Open House meeting as required by <br />Chapter 110'_, Section 1102.01(B)(�). <br />c. :� separatz PC;D Concept Site Plan ---__. includes the followin� information: <br />i. .�dministrative information (including identification of the drawing as a"PUD <br />Concept Plan," the proposed namz of the project, contact information for the <br />developer and individual pr,parin� the plan, signaturz of the surveyor and civil <br />en�ineer certifying the documznt, date of plan preparation or re�ision, and a <br />graphic scale and north arrow); <br />ii. Area calculations for �ross land area, wetland areas, riPub-of-way dedications, <br />and proposed public and private parks or open space; <br />iii. Existing zonin; district(s) on the subject land and all adjacent parcels; <br />iv. Layout of proposzd lots with future lot and block numbers. The perimeter <br />boundary line of the subdivision should bz distin�uishable from the other <br />propeRy lines. Denote Outlots olanned for pubfic dedication ancL'or open space <br />;., <br />v. Area calculations for each parcel; <br />vi. Proposed setbacks on each lot (forming the building pad) and calculated <br />buildable area; <br />vii. Proposed gross hardcover allowance per lot (if applicable); <br />viii. Existin� contours at intervals of two feet. Contours must extend a minimum of <br />Z00 feet beyond the boundary of the parcel(s) in question; <br />� <br />
