EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 25th day of April, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe and the following members were absent: none Councilmember Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 11314 APPROVING THE REVOCATION AND DESIGNATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID (MSA) ROADS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville is the official governing body of the City of Roseville; and WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that revisions hereinafter described shall be made to the City's Municipal State Aid Streets system under the provisions of Minnesota Laws; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. That the roads described as follows be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Roseville subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota: a. Part of MSAS 226 Lydia Avenue-Cleveland Avenue to Fairview Avenue (0.50 non-existing miles) b. Part of MSAS 227 Walnut Street-County Road C to County Road C2 (0.53 non-existing miles) c. Part of MSAS 234 Prior Avenue-Oakcrest Avenue to County Road C (0.21 existing miles) 2. That the roads described as follows be, and hereby are, designated as Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Roseville subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota: a. Extension of MSAS 217 Long Lake Road-North Highway 36 Service Drive to Terminal Road (0.24 existing miles) b. Extension of MSAS 234 Prior Avenue-County Road C to Twin Lakes Parkway (0.11 existing miles)
