Attachment D <br />City of Roseville Draft Tree Preservation Ordinance <br />Planning Commission Public Hearing <br />10-6-15 <br /> <br /> <br />iii.Location, diameter, and species of all required landscaping as required by Section <br />1 <br />1011.03. <br />2 <br />matrix of inventoried trees <br />d.A that meets the following specifications: <br />3 <br />i.Data for each tree shall include: <br />4 <br />1.A unique identification number assigned to each tree that identifies the tree on <br />5 <br />the preservation plan sets; <br />6 <br />2.The tree’s classification as defined in Section 1011.04(E); <br />7 <br />3.The tree’s species or common name; <br />8 <br />4.The actual size of deciduous trees at diameter breast height; and for coniferous <br />9 <br />trees, the following diameter breast heights based on their classification: <br />10 <br />a.Heritage Coniferous Tree: 18 inches <br />11 <br />b.Significant Coniferous Tree: 12 inches <br />12 <br />c.Common Coniferous Tree: 6 inches <br />13 <br />5.An indication as to whether the tree is intended for removal, intended to be <br />14 <br />preserved, or is exempt due to the condition of the tree or the location of the <br />15 <br />tree in an allowed removal area. <br />16 <br />ii.A summary table shall be provided which includes the following: <br />17 <br />1.The total number of inventoried trees on the site broken down by Heritage <br />18 <br />Trees, Significant Trees, Common Trees, and Exempt Trees; <br />19 <br />2.The total number of diameter breast height inches on the site broken down into <br />20 <br />Heritage Trees, Significant Trees, Common Trees, and Exempt Trees; <br />21 <br />3.The total number of allowed diameter breast height inches that can be removed <br />22 <br />without replacement per Section 1011.04(I); <br />23 <br />4.The total number of diameter breast height inches planned for removal broken <br />24 <br />down by Heritage Trees, Significant Trees, Common Trees, and Exempt Trees; <br />25 <br />5.The net diameter breast height inches being preserved or removed in relation to <br />26 <br />allowed removal for each tree type; <br />27 <br />6.A denotation of the incentive multiplier for each tree type: Heritage Trees (x2), <br />28 <br />Significant Trees (x1), Common Trees (x0.5), and Exempt Trees (x0). <br />29 <br />7.The final product of diameter breast height inches being preserved or removed <br />30 <br />multiplied by the incentive multiplier; <br />31 <br />8.The final sum of removals and credits following consideration of the incentive <br />32 <br />multiplier.
