Attachment D <br />Attachment B <br />2.The tree’s classification as defined in Section 1011.04(E); <br />209 <br />3.The tree’s species or common name; <br />210 <br />4.The actual size of deciduous trees at diameter breast height; and for <br />211 <br />coniferous trees, the following diameter breast heights based on their <br />212 <br />classification: <br />213 <br />a.Heritage Coniferous Tree: 18 inches <br />214 <br />b.Significant Coniferous Tree: 12 inches <br />215 <br />c.Common Coniferous Tree: 6 inches <br />216 <br />5.An indication as to whether the tree is intended for removal, intended to <br />217 <br />be preserved, or is exempt due to the condition of the tree or the <br />218 <br />location of the tree in an allowed removal area. <br />219 <br />ii.A summary table shall be provided which includes the following: <br />220 <br />1.The total number of inventoried trees on the site broken down by <br />221 <br />Heritage Trees, Significant Trees, Common Trees, and Exempt Trees; <br />222 <br />2.The total number of diameter breast height inches on the site broken <br />223 <br />down into Heritage Trees, Significant Trees, Common Trees, and <br />224 <br />Exempt Trees; <br />225 <br />3.The total number of allowed diameter breast height inches that can be <br />226 <br />removed without replacement per Section 1011.04(I); <br />227 <br />4.The total number of diameter breast height inches planned for removal <br />228 <br />broken down by Heritage Trees, Significant Trees, Common Trees, and <br />229 <br />Exempt Trees; <br />230 <br />5.The net diameter breast height inches being preserved or removed in <br />231 <br />relation to allowed removal for each tree type; <br />232 <br />6.A denotation of the incentive multiplier for each tree type: Heritage <br />233 <br />Trees (x2), Significant Trees (x1), Common Trees (x0.5), and Exempt <br />234 <br />Trees (x0). <br />235 <br />7.The final product of diameter breast height inches being preserved or <br />236 <br />removed multiplied by the incentive multiplier; <br />237 <br />8.The final sum of removals and credits following consideration of the <br />238 <br />incentive multiplier.
