43 <br />44 <br />45 <br />46 <br />47 <br />48 <br />49 <br />50 <br />51 <br />52 <br />53 <br />54 <br />55 <br />56 <br />(b) relocate and allow full access by using the east leg of the signalized <br />intersection at Hamline Avenue and Commerce Street west (thus closing <br />the existing access and creating a new connection). <br />2. Temporary traffic control shall be installed prior to the closure of Lexington Avenue. <br />This temporary traffic control shall stay in place until a permanent correction is <br />complete. <br />3. This new and temporary access shall be reviewed and approved by the Ramsey <br />County Public Works Department. Ramsey County Library may, after consulting with <br />Ramsey County Public Works and the City, propose a different permanent design that <br />meets the same intent as the proposed options above. <br />57 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />58 Willmus, and upon vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: McGehee, <br />59 Willmus, Laliberte, Etten; and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br />60 <br />61 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
