<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1245 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 2330 <br />LEXINGTON A VENUE R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO <br />B-PUD, BUSINESS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, WITH AN <br />UNDERLYING ZONE OF B-1, LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT (PF #3277) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City ofRoseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City ofRoseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3277, the <br />following property, generally located at 2330 Lexington Avenue, City of Roseville, is <br />hereby rezoned from R-l, Single Family Residential District, to B-PUD, Business <br />Planned Unit Development, with an underlying zone of B-1, Limited Business District: <br /> <br />The property located at 2330 Lexington Avenue, is legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Rose of Sharon Jj'd Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />(PID # 111913310050). <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #1245. The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for this property shall be in addition to all <br />other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and McKinley Company, Inc. <br />3. The recording of the PUD document with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed this 12th day of February, 2001. <br />
