Please be prepared to approve/amend. <br />Requested Commission Action : Approve/amend meeting minutes of April 5, 2016. <br /> <br />4. 545 Roselawn Avenue Park Dedication <br />This is a proposal for a 3 single family home development located at 545 Roselawn <br />Avenue. It is a 1.48 acre site. <br /> <br /> In your packet is a copy of the: <br />• Written description of the project <br />• Site map in parcel form <br />• Site map in aerial form <br />• Goals and policies from the master plan related to parks and open space <br />acquisition and park dedication <br />• Constellation map <br />• Park Dedication Ordinance <br /> <br />The cash amount would be $3500 per unit. The land amount would be 10% of 1.48 acre = <br />.148 acre. <br /> <br />The role of the commission is to discuss and make a recommendation from a Park <br />Dedication perspective. Specifically, recommending either land or cash in lieu of land. <br /> <br />This area is located in Constellation N. There are no specific plans for a parcel in this area. <br />Requested Commission Action: To make a recommendation to accept land or cash in <br />lieu of land dedication to satisfy the Park Dedication requirements. <br /> <br />5. Deer Population Discussion <br />Enclosed is a copy of the: <br />• Draft of a background report to the City Council including deer surveys <br />• 2016 Ramsey County Cooperative Deer Management Program <br />• Roseville Deer Population Management Program and Policy <br />• Wildlife Management Ordinance #1485 <br /> <br />Staff attended an East Metro Deer Management meeting organized by Ramsey County. <br />The meeting consisted of a round table discussion with other agencies and representatives <br />from the County, Department of Natural Resources and Department of Agriculture. Topics <br />centered on management options and surveys. Staff will plan to provide you an overview at <br />your meeting. <br />Requested Commission Action: Discuss results of survey and future approach <br /> <br />6. Cedarholm Golf Course Clubhouse Replacement Process Progress <br />The City of Roseville has initiated a community involvement process to replace the <br />Cedarholm Golf Course Clubhouse. <br />
