Project File 0001, Subdivision Ordinance <br />931 <br />Request by the Community Development Department to CONTINUE to the <br />932 <br />November 2014 Planning Commission meeting the public hearing to amend City <br />933 <br />Code, Title 11 (Subdivisions) in its entirety <br />934 <br />Chair Gisselquist continued the Public Hearing at 9:23 p.m.; no one spoke for or against. <br />935 <br />As noted in last month’s meeting minutes, Member Boguszewski requested that staff <br />936 <br />return to the next scheduled discussion with the City Attorney’s legal opinion on Member <br />937 <br />Daire’s comments. <br />938 <br />Mr. Lloyd responded that staff would have the information to share at the next discussion. <br />939 <br />MOTION <br />940 <br />At approximately 9:24 p.m., Boguszewski moved, seconded by Member Murphy to <br />941 <br />CONTINUE the Public Hearing of Roseville City Code, Title 11 (Subdivisions) to the <br />942 <br />November 2014 Planning Commission meeting. <br />943 <br />Ayes: 5 <br />944 <br />Nays: 0 <br />945 <br />Motion carried. <br />946 <br />6.
