Chair Boguszewski advised his colleagues that the appropriate action at
125
this time would be for a motion to take this item from its tabled status; also noting that
126
such action required a majority vote of the body.
127
MOTION
128
Member Bullmoved, seconded by Member Cunningham to TAKE FROM THE
129
TABLE Planning Case PF16-007
130
Ayes: 7
131
Nays: 0
132
Motion carried.
133
At the request of Chair Boguszewski, Interim Community Development Director Kari
134
Collins restated the motion and conditions from the March 2, 2016 Planning Commission
135
meeting, immediately prior to it being tabled.
136
ORIGINAL MOTION Restated as Amended
137
Member Daire moved, seconded by Member Murphy to recommend to the City Council
138
approval of a CONDITIONAL USE allowing limited production and processing as an
139
accessory use at 2830 Fairview Avenue, based on the comments and findings contained,
140
and subject to stated conditions for approval as detailed in the staff report dated March 2,
141
2016; amended as follows:
142
