�I: Where new principal structures are constructed on lots contiguous to roadways designed <br />as major thoroughfares in the City's Comprehensive Plan, driveways servicing such lots <br />shall be designed and constructed so as to provide a vehicle turnaround facility within the <br />lot. (Ord. 993, 2-10-1986) <br />I�J: Where new single-family residential lots are created on a new street, the driveway cut for <br />the new lot must be placed within the new street. (Ord. 1359, 1-28-2008) <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
