Introduction/ Call Roll/Swearing in of New Members <br /> Vice Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and <br /> Public Works Director Mark Culver called the roll. <br /> Swearing in of New Member <br /> Vice Chair Cihacek administered the Oath of Office to newly-appointed PWETC <br /> member Thomas Trainor and, along with his colleagues, welcomed <br /> Commissioner Trainer to the PWETC. <br /> As way of introduction, each commissioner provided a brief biography and their <br /> levels of interest through serving on the PWETC. <br /> Present: Vice Chair Brian Cihacek; and Members John Heimerl, Kody <br /> Thurnau, Sarah Brodt Lenz, Joe Wozniak, Thomas Trainor, and <br /> Duane Seigler <br /> Staff Present: Assistant Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer and <br /> City Engineer Luke Sandstrom <br /> 2. Election of Officers <br /> Chair <br /> Member Lenz moved nomination of, and Member Wozniak seconded, <br /> appointment of Member Cihacek to serve as Chair of the PWETC for the term of <br /> one year. <br /> Member Cihacek accepted the appointment. <br /> Ayes: 7 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Vice Chair <br /> Page 1 of 17 <br />
