<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
<br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly
<br />held on the 22nd day of January, 1990, at 7:30 p.m.

<br />The following members were present: Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None.

<br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:

<br />CLERICAL/TECHNICAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of
<br />Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; and
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerical/Technical Employee
<br />Classification and Pay Plan be revised to include the following ranges
<br />for certain City employees in 1990:

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly insurance contribution
<br />provided to the employees covered under this plan be increased to
<br />$220.00 per month.
