Attachment C <br />ORDINANCESUMMARYNO.____ <br />AN ORDNANCE AMENDING TITLE 11 OF THE CITY CODE CLARIFYING THE <br />INTENT AND APPLICABILITY OF CERTAIN SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. approved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota on May 23, 2016: <br />The Roseville City Code, Title 11, Subdivision Code, has been amended to rectify an apparent <br />and intent of regulations pertaining to the shapes of newly-subdivided lots. <br />A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office <br />hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
