Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a public hearing was held at the regular meeting of the <br />1 <br />rd <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, on the 23 day of May, <br />2 <br />2016, at 6:00 p.m. <br />3 <br />The following members were present: <br />4 <br />and the following members absent: <br />5 <br />Council Member _______________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />7 <br />A RESOLUTION TERMINATING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />8 <br />NO. 1385, AS AMENDED, LOCATED AT 2167 LEXINGTON AVENUE <br />9 <br />AND 1126 SANDHURST AVENUE <br />10 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) Agreement <br />11 <br />1385 on July 13, 2009; and <br />12 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a one year extension to July 11, 2011, to the PUD <br />13 <br />Agreement for commencing development of the project; and <br />14 <br />WHEREAS, the project did not commence development on or before July 11, 2011, for <br />15 <br />which the Community Development Department deems the PUD agreement void; and <br />16 <br />WHEREAS, the property owner Wellington Management has requested a termination of <br />17 <br />PUD Agreement 1385 in order to facilitate a sale of the 2167 property to its current tenant; <br />18 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve <br />19 <br />termination of Planned Unit Development Agreement No. 1385, subject to the following <br />20 <br />condition: <br />21 <br /> <br />a. <br />Per the approved PUD agreement, City Council direct the Planning Division to begin the <br />22 <br />process to rezone 1126 Sandhurst from Community Business District (CB) to Low <br />23 <br />Density Residential-1 District (LDR-1). <br />24 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />25 <br />__________ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: ___________; and <br />26 <br />_____ voted against; <br />27 <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />28 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />
