Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a public hearing was held at the regular meeting of the 1 rd City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, on the 23 day of May, 2 2016, at 6:00 p.m. 3 The following members were present: 4 and the following members absent: 5 Council Member _______________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 6 RESOLUTION NO. 7 A RESOLUTION TERMINATING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT 8 NO. 1385, AS AMENDED, LOCATED AT 2167 LEXINGTON AVENUE 9 AND 1126 SANDHURST AVENUE 10 WHEREAS, the City Council approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) Agreement 11 1385 on July 13, 2009; and 12 WHEREAS, the City Council approved a one year extension to July 11, 2011, to the PUD 13 Agreement for commencing development of the project; and 14 WHEREAS, the project did not commence development on or before July 11, 2011, for 15 which the Community Development Department deems the PUD agreement void; and 16 WHEREAS, the property owner Wellington Management has requested a termination of 17 PUD Agreement 1385 in order to facilitate a sale of the 2167 property to its current tenant; 18 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve 19 termination of Planned Unit Development Agreement No. 1385, subject to the following 20 condition: 21 a. Per the approved PUD agreement, City Council direct the Planning Division to begin the 22 process to rezone 1126 Sandhurst from Community Business District (CB) to Low 23 Density Residential-1 District (LDR-1). 24 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member 25 __________ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: ___________; and 26 _____ voted against; 27 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 28 Page 1 of 2
