Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />1 <br />th <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 25 day of April, 2016, at 6:00 <br />2 <br />p.m. <br />3 <br /> <br />4 <br />The following members were present: ; and and the following members were absent: <br />5 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />7 <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />8 <br /> <br />9 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />10 <br />APPROVING THE REVOCATION AND DESIGNATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE <br />11 <br />AID (MSA) ROADS <br />12 <br /> <br />13 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville is the official governing body of the City <br />14 <br />of Roseville; and <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that revisions hereinafter <br />17 <br />18 <br />Minnesota Laws; <br />19 <br /> <br />20 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />1.That the roads described as follows be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets <br />23 <br />of the City of Roseville subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the <br />24 <br />State of Minnesota: <br />25 <br /> <br />a.Part of MSAS 226 Lydia Avenue-Cleveland Avenue to Fairview Avenue <br />26 <br />(0.50 non-existing miles) <br />27 <br /> <br />b.Part of MSAS 227 Walnut Street-County Road C to County Road C2 (0.53 <br />28 <br />non-existing miles) <br />29 <br /> <br />c.Part of MSAS 234 Prior Avenue-Oakcrest Avenue to County Road C (0.21 <br />30 <br />existing miles) <br />31 <br /> <br />2.That the roads described as follows be, and hereby are, designated as Municipal State Aid <br />32 <br />Streets of the City of Roseville subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation <br />33 <br />of the State of Minnesota: <br />34 <br /> <br />a.Extension of MSAS 217 Long Lake Road-North Highway 36 Service Drive to <br />35 <br />Terminal Road (0.24 existing miles) <br />36 <br /> <br />b.Extension of MSAS 234 Prior Avenue-County Road C to Twin Lakes <br />37 <br />Parkway (0.11 existing miles) <br />38 <br /> <br />c.Extension of MSAS 247 Lincoln Drive-County Road C to Terrace Drive <br />39 <br /> <br /> <br />
