EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ** ** ** ** * * * * ** ** * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 1 th Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held onthe25day of April, 2016, at 6:00 2 p.m. 3 4 The following members were present:; andand the followingmemberswere absent: 5 6 7 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 8 9 RESOLUTION NO. 10 APPROVING THE VACATION OFANEASEMENTDESCRIBED AS THE NORTH 60 11 FEET OF THE SOUTH 478.56 FEET OF THE SE ¼, SE 1/4 , SE ¼ of SECTION 2, 12 TOWNSHIP 29 NORTH, RANGE 23 WEST, WHICH LIES WESTERLY OF THE EAST 13 33 FEET THEREOF. 14 15 WHEREAS, easementwasdedicated to the City of Roseville by deed;and 16 17 WHEREAS, a Request has been filed with the City of Roseville requesting the vacation of said 18 easement which lieswithin the following described real property: 19 20 The North 60 feet of the south 478.56 feet of the SE1/4, SE1/4, SE1/4 of 21 Section 2, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, which lies westerly of the 22 east 33 feet thereof. 23 24 WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice have been given as well as notice 25 having been mailed to all affected property owners according to Minnesota Statutes, a public 26 hearing was held on April 25, 2016at which all persons interested in said vacation were given 27 an opportunity to be heard; and 28 29 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that the vacation would be in the public 30 interest; 31 32 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 33 ROSEVILLE,MINNESOTA: 34 35 1.That the City of Roseville hereby vacates the easement dedicated to the City by deed,which 36 lieswithin the following described real property: 37 38
