Attachment B <br />Page 4 of 38 <br />Facility <br />HVAC² <br />The City’s facilities management firm along with a mechanical contractor inspect the HVAC equipment in City <br />Hall, the Maintenance Facility, and the Police wing on a regular basis. Staff is working with the contractor to <br />develop rating criteria. This section will be updated by mid 2016. <br />Roof² <br />The City has a maintenance contract with a roofing contractor to perform annual roof maintenance and inspect <br />the roofs.
