Max rating for <br />CIPP. <br />3 Fair: Minor issues, manageable maintenance. Maximum rating for VCP and RCP. <br />2 Poor: Needs rehab or replacement, high maintenance, major issues such as I&Ior <br />sewer backup history <br />1 Very poor: Needs replacement, very high maintenance, immediate risk of failure <br />0 Failed: Out of service or no longer functions <br />Assets – 145.18 miles <br />Goal: To have a minimum rating of 3.0. <br />Replacement: Typically pipe will be replaced when the rating is below 3. <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
