EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE �� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ineeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13�' day of June, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe the following members were absent: none. Councihnember Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption; RESOLUTION No. 11324 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE 2015 PAVEMEN� MANAGEMENT PROJECT BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 20, 2015, Park Construction, of Minneapolis, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with the Victoria Street Reconstruction Project contract. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, talcing the contractor's receipt in full; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on June 13, 2016. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Laliberte and upon vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
